Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective for purchases made through the Jay Ram Platform.


1. Cancellation window

Cancellations will be considered only if requested within 7 days of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant and they have initiated shipping or the product is out for delivery.
  • If the product is out for delivery, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep to avoid shipment acceptance.

2. Perishable items

We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items (flowers, fresh food, etc.).

If you receive a perishable product that is of unsatisfactory quality, you may raise a request for refund or replacement — the request will be reviewed after verification.

3. Damaged, defective, or not-as-described items

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The seller/merchant listed on the Platform will inspect and determine the validity of the claim.

  • Such complaints must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  • If the product is not as shown on the site or not as per your expectations, notify customer service within 7 days of delivery. Our team will investigate and take an appropriate decision.

4. Manufacturer warranty items

If a product comes with a manufacturer warranty, please refer warranty-related complaints directly to the manufacturer as per their terms.

5. Refund processing time

If a refund is approved by Jay Ram, the refund will be processed within 3 days.


How to raise a request: Contact our Customer Service with your order ID, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue. Keep proof of delivery and packaging until the claim is resolved.
