Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective for purchases made through the Jay Ram Platform.
1. Cancellation window
- Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant and they have initiated shipping or the product is out for delivery.
- If the product is out for delivery, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep to avoid shipment acceptance.
2. Perishable items
If you receive a perishable product that is of unsatisfactory quality, you may raise a request for refund or replacement — the request will be reviewed after verification.
3. Damaged, defective, or not-as-described items
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The seller/merchant listed on the Platform will inspect and determine the validity of the claim.
- Such complaints must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- If the product is not as shown on the site or not as per your expectations, notify customer service within 7 days of delivery. Our team will investigate and take an appropriate decision.

How to raise a request: Contact our Customer Service with your order ID, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue. Keep proof of delivery and packaging until the claim is resolved.
